ColorTrend HT is a low cost color measurement instrument that is used to monitor color changes for such products as cereal, chemicals, cookies, crackers, crushed stone, fertilizer, fiberboard, industrial minerals and roofing granules. It is a versatile, rugged, cost-effective tool for continuously measuring and reporting trends in product color and height. The system can measure product color and height simultaneously. Inconsistent product height or bed depth can be related to a number of process performance parameters such as bulk density and moisture content in the baking industry, or conveying system problems in the handling of bulk granules, powders or flakes.
